Leh Ladakh 8 Night's & 9 Day's

Day 1 : Srinagar

Meet and greet on arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to the hotel. Full day free for exploring local surroundings. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Srinagar - Kargil

Early morning after breakfast leave for Kargil (9-10 hrs drive). En route Jozilla Pass, Drass Village (2nd Coldest Inhabited place in the World), Kargil war Famous Peaks. Reach Kargil by evening. Check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Kargil - Leh valley

After breakfast leave for Leh (9-10 hrs drive) by visiting Mulbek (1st Century Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain), Lamayuru Monastery, Moonland. Magnetic Hill, Confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers and Pathar saheb Gurudwara. Reach Leh and check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 4 : Leh Local

After breakfast visit Leh city sightseeing which includes Hemis Monastery – Oldest and richest monastery of Ladakh, Thiksey Monastery, Shey palace, Sindhu ghat. After lunch visit Hall of fame museum, Shanti stupa and Leh Palace. Evening free to explore Leh market on your own. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 5 : Leh - Nubra valley

After early breakfast leave for Nubra valley (5-6 hrs) via Khardungla pass at 18,380 ft (Worlds highest motorable road). Reach Nubra valley by afternoon. Enjoy hot lunch. You can enjoy Two hump camel safari on the World’s highest coldest desert (own expenses). Dinner and overnight at Nubra valley.

Day 6 : Nubra valley - Leh

After breakfast proceed for Leh by same route via Khardungla pass. Post Lunch free at leisure. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 7 : Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh (8-9 hrs drive both ways)

After early breakfast leave for Pangong Lake - at an altitude of 14,500 ft and is Worlds highest and longest salt water lake through Changla pass - 17,350 ft world’s third highest motorable road. Enjoy pack lunch with changing colours of the Blue brackish Lake. Back to leh by evening. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 8 : Leh

After breakfast you are free for shopping and personal activities. Lunch at hotel. Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 9 : Leh

Early morning proceed to Leh airport to catch flight for your onward journey. The tour ends here with the sweet memories.

• Please be reminded that all special requests like early check in, late check out, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or inter connecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior.
• We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules and regulations and are abide to follow them.
• All participants need to carry valid photo Identity proof with them.
• For big groups we can provide 12 seater maxicab.
• Check in and checkout in hotels will be as per hotel rules and regulations.
• The program is subject to change without prior notice.
• Mobile with only post paid connection is valid in J & K state. The best of all are BSNL and AIRTEL.
• The guest will have to check out the rooms while going to Nubra valley, Pangong Lake, Alchi, Tsomoriri Lake night stay.
• The tourism infrastructure in Leh - Ladakh is not very developed and one should not expect or compare it with the standards of plains & other developed destinations there is always scarcity of water and power in the region and so you would come across situation like water (hot) being supplied on time basis – morning & evening.

In Nubra Valley, Alchi, Pangong lake and Tsomoriri Lake:

• Tented accommodations available are only with basic amenities & simple food cooked by the locals.
• There is no telephone landline connection and the guest has to bear with it.
• Due to shortage of power the guest sometimes, may have to bear with candle light.
• Once the package is booked & confirmed no refund will be entertained.

PERSONAL CARE

• The guests are advised to take adequate personal medicines with them from their home town.
• The guest can take Dimox tablets on the prescription of the family doctor. It is useful in High altitude sickness.
• Please carry heavy woolens with you.
• Acclimatization is mandatory for visitors travelling by air. It is important to take complete rest for 24 hours after arriving at Leh airport.

Minimum Luggage, shoes, Woolen Monkey cap/Balaclava, Woolen Hand Gloves, Woolen Foot Gloves, Jacket/Sweater, Wind sheeter, Thermal wear, Cap, Black Sun glasses / Goggles, Torch, Personal Kit - Tooth brush and paste, Comb, Shaving kit, etc, Personal Medical kit, Electral Powder, Glucon C or D, Camphor balls (Kapoor), Dimox tablets (Consult your family doctors before taking it), Oxycare (If required for personal use), Towel, Photo Identity proof original with 3/4 xerox copies

You will not get the brands of medicines which are easily available at your home town. It is advisable to you to take personal medicines from your home town only.
