If you are canceling 7 days prior, you will be charged a processing fee. If it is less than 7 days, you will be charged 1-night retention plus a processing fee. If you are canceling after the check-in date, there will be no refund.
However, some tariffs may be non-refundable as per the hotel’s cancellation policy. Taxes as applicable will be charged the cancellation policy is specific to the hotel and rate that you are booking. On the Review Itinerary Page you can see the cancellation policy for the room and rate that you are trying to book.
Refunds will be posted to your account within 45 days. Please note that you may see two or more refunds adding to the total amount owed to you. |

| Packages Cancellations |
|
Cancellations of your go2kashmir.com package will incur a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will depend on when you cancel.
Your package must be canceled as a whole. Individual hotel or car rental components cannot be canceled separately. You will have to pay cancellation fees imposed by the relevant Travel Supplier.
The refundable portion of your package price will be refunded less a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is based on when you cancel your go2kashmir.com Package, as stated in the following schedule: |

- 10% per package for cancellations made more than 1 day prior to departure date.
- 100% of package price will be forfeited for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
- Refunds will be posted to your account within 45 days. Please note that you may see two or more refunds adding to the total amount owed to you.

| No refund will be given for unused or partially used package components. Departure date is defined as starting at 12:01am IST on the day on which a booking is scheduled. |
